It’s a pretty brief summary. It’s definitely a challenge at times to do a topic justice in only 500 words. Bottom line – as long as your not allergic, nuts are a great food that should be included as part of a healthy diet. Just be aware of the quantity you’re eating (as they’re quite high in calories) and don’t try to eat your quota by consuming things like chocolate almonds.
